As the Japan Post Group seeks to practice human capital management, the Group Human Resources Policy has been formulated to show the basic direction of our efforts to achieve our management strategy and personnel strategy based on the Medium-Term Management Plan "JP Vision 2025." Through this policy, we will expand our contribution to local communities and society and enhance our corporate value.
