  1. Course change: In principle, employees are not allowed to change their courses (job types) that were determined when they were recruited. From the perspective of responding to changes in employees' employment-related needs and their willingness to take on challenges, this program permits employees to change their job type in comprehensive consideration of their work experience at the company, aptitude and other factors. (The course change to senior employees after raising the retirement age to 65 years old is not taken into account.)
Results are calculated for course change to regional managerial positions and career-track positions through open recruitment.

Data on health and productivity management initiatives

With an awareness that mental and physical health is important for each and every employee to fully demonstrate his or her abilities and to work vigorously, we have built the Japan Post Group Health Management Promotion System. Under this system, the presidents of the four Group companies are responsible for promoting health management. We work on measures to maintain and promote health, such as curbing long working hours, health guidance to prevent and improve lifestyle-related diseases, and mental health care.
In May 2022, we established the "Japan Post Group Declaration on Health" to promote Group-wide health management.
