FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index

Japan Post Bank and Japan Post Insurance have been selected as constituents of the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index which was developed by FTSE Russell to relatively reflect the performance of Japanese companies that excellently address environmental and social issues and corporate governance (ESG) in different sectors. The index is designed to achieve sector neutrality. To drive the transition to a low carbon economy, the constituents of FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index with particularly large greenhouse gas emissions are limited to companies whose improvement efforts have been evaluated and have received a Transition Pathway Initiative (TPI) Management Quality score.* Visit the link below for more details.

ISS ESG Prime Status

The ESG Corporate Rating provided by ISS ESG rates Japan Post Holdings and Japan Post Insurance as Prime Status. ISS ESG evaluates companies' efforts from environmental, social and governance perspectives and awards companies that have received a high evaluation within their industry the Prime Status rating. The 2023 CDP Climate Change Questionnaire conducted by the CDP, an international environmental non-profit organization, awarded Japan Post Holdings an A- rating (Leadership level.)

S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index
