  2. Course change: In principle, employees are not allowed to change their courses (job types) that were determined when they were recruited. From the perspective of responding to changes in employees' employment-related needs and their willingness to take on challenges, this program permits employees to change their job type in comprehensive consideration of their work experience at the company, aptitude and other factors.
  3. Promotion to regular employees: Under this program, non-regular employees are promoted to regular employees for the purpose of ensuring the stable employment of non-regular employees, improving their work conditions, and thereby improving their operations and service quality.
